Protecting Children's Justice

Supporting & protecting Children, Young People and their families when their innocence is under threat from abuse and injustice.

Protecting Children's Justice (PCJ) is a new organisation that has been founded as a response to the need to support children and young people who find themselves under the threat of becoming tied up in justice in the UK.

There are already many "Youth Offending" teams that operate in the country, but there appears to be almost no-one supporting children and young people who are accused of crimes - and certainly not when the allegations are of a serious nature, such as sexual offences.

Too many children are victims of all kinds of abuse in our society, and we are committed to continuing that fight.  However, at the same time, we believe that children who are accused of crimes, and especially those who fall victim to false and mailicious allegations deserve exactly the same protection.

BUT THEY ARE NOT GETTING THE SUPPORT THEY NEED

PCJ  is just beginning and this website will slowly start to fill with information, advice and support.

Our first major project will be to undertake  significant research, engaging with a wide variety of public, charitable, academic and research organisations. We have already had fantasic help from the NSPCC Library services who helped us to access important statistics.

We will also be seeking funding, accreditation and of course ensuring that we build our team up with people that have the knowledge, skills and understanding as a result of experience and qualification.
